Dear Mr. Martinez,

These past few years I have loved shopping at your clothing store Abercrombie. This is one of the stores everyone around my age goes to shop. All the clothes that are sold here are very fashionable and pleasing to the eye. Many of the clothes that I bought are all very durable and the quality of the cloth is nice. These are all many reasons why teens love buying clothes at Abercrombie. The clothes are trendy, nice, and comfortable to wear. Everyone wants to have some of these clothes.

Even though the clothes are nice, there are only certain amounts of sizes that can fit certain types of people. There might be people who are larger than others and want to buy these clothes, but they can’t because there are no sizes that can fit them. That isn’t fair for them. I feel as though you can change the sizes you make and maybe your profits will even increase when the store is targeted for more people.

Another suggestion I would like to give you it that the stores’ scent is too strong. When I first started to shop there I couldn’t stay in the store for more than ten minutes without having a headache. However the store is still pretty amazing that there can be a signature smell that comes with all your clothes. The smell is very nice and pleasing. It makes the clothing more fresh and new.

One last thing would be the absence of light in the store. Sometimes it would attract people who are curious like me. Other times it might be because people think it’s cool. The black blinds really give it an exclusive look and everyone wants to be part of something exclusive. When the stores lights are really dim it’s hard to look at the details of clothes. There are times that people can accidentally bump into tables. It’s pretty hard to see for some people until their eyes start to adjust to the dark lights, but then when people walk out of the store the lights are extremely bright and sometimes can hurt someone’s eyes. I think the best way to keep the cool look of the store and to brighten the lights might be to add lights to the clothing shelves.

I hope you have some time to read about my concerns. Please feel free to write back if time allows.

Thank you,

Arabella Chiang
